I WENT YEARS WITHOUT KNOWING… 🌱 We all know eating veggies are good for you, BUT it’s almost guaranteed (regardless of how you eat), that if you fill your plate with a lot of non starchy veggies and eat this way consistently, you’ll lose weight. 🤯Why is this? Because of this amazing thing called calorie density. Once you get this, you’ll never worry about dieting again! 🥒Non starchy veggies, and let’s not forget fruit, are full of fiber, water and low in calories. They literally will bulk up your meal and fill your stomach, making you full and helping you to not overeat. 💡This is just one of the strategies I used during my 50LB weight loss and even now as I maintain.
