The #mezzarantwins have been truly fortunate to cross paths with some of the most amazing teachers in their ( almost 6 ) years of existence. One such teacher is Ms Zhao 赵老师 at @haochinesetuition 好学堂. She was instrumental in helping the twins grow to love Mandarin in a fun yet educational way since they were 4 years old and even as they have now moved onto the next K2 level at the centre with another great teacher, they are still enjoying their weekly Mandarin enrichment classes. Being an MOE-registered school, HAO Chinese Tuition Centre has enrichment programmes for kids from as young as 3 years old until the age of 16! THAT is absolutely assuring for us parents who need all the extra help we can get in supporting our kids educational journey. 🤪 As we come from an entirely English-speaking family background, it is wonderful to hear the twins converse in Mandarin with ease and even recognising Chinese words without having to read the Han Yu Pin Yin. ( SWIPE left for videos! ) Hopefully, when they begin Primary One next year, they will be more comfortable in learning the Chinese language curriculum.
