Spent the evening with @glenfiddichsea in celebrating its limited-edition 29 year old Grand Yozakura 🥃 It’s the first Single Malt Scotch Whisky to be finished in rare ex-Awamori cask (first matured for 29 years in American oak at Glenfiddich distillery and then final finish in Japanese cask.) Had a great time catching up with friends over the whisky pairing tasting menu at @maza.jakarta. As we tried the 21, 23, 26 and 29 year old editions, their Global brand ambassador, @the_whisky_beard, who specially flew in from Scotland explained the tasting notes and what went into each bottle. From this event, I had a whole new appreciation for whisky and understood why their Grand Series are worth savoring for special events. Thank you for a good time! #Glenfiddich #GrandYozakura
