9/11 22nd anniversary 💙 Here are a few things to know if you plan on visiting the 9/11 Memorial on Monday 💙The Museum will be closed to the public all day so that 9/11 families may visit privately. 💙The Memorial will be closed to the public for the commemoration ceremony. The ceremony starts at 8:30am ending around 1pm. The Memorial will not be open to the public during the ceremony 💙Tribute in Light: Look to the sky in lower Manhattan on September 11 to view the lights beaming. “Tribute in Light” is a commemorative public art installation turned on from dusk to dawn. In addition to the Tribute in Light buildings throughout New York will also illuminate their facades and rooftops in blue. 💙@911memorial Museum free tickets: The museum has free Admission on Mondays (excluding 9/11) from 3:30 - 5 pm, reservations available starting each Monday at 7am.
