#Dolomitemann Yes, this journey to this point has been very exciting! Exhausting, touching, demanding, emotional! I think it had been a very long time that a period of a few months was so intense for me. From 0 to 100, that's how it felt! To feel the small glider in such a way that I am able to fly it, the timing of the landing, all the technical skills.... First of all this adventure would never have been thinkable without my team: @_maaartyy_ @_denise.meraner_ @caroline.trompeter 🙏🏽 And it would not have been possible without the support of @aarondurogati , @maccagnandavide (you are an amazing macchina❤️!) @trauma_frei , my parents, Hilde and @tamara.schn 🙏🏽🫶 Thanks also Alberta for your pep up😂🙏🏽 With my race I was super happy! Although I was extremely nervous, I was able to accomplish the goal I set for myself quite well. Thank you to my team for the courage, the passion and for giving your all!!! Lienz has grown close to my heart. But not only the area, but especially the people, the paragliding community and the energy I feel there! All this has contributed to my journey, which has taken place not only in sport, but especially in my inner life. It was the journey back to me, to a version I could not have imagined. It feels like I got my freedom back and actually much more. Yes, the award ceremony (from the ladies point of view) was a bit lean. That's all I'll say about it! But I think every single woman should be proud of herself, just to have had the courage to be part! We have the value that we give OURSELFES and that should not depend at all on the award ceremony at the Dolomitenmann! I personally do not need medals for this. But I would like to thank all of you who have cheered us on so magnificently!
