Sev Khatta~ No Onion, No Tomato 😋 Ingredients🍃 1 tablespoon Whole Coriander / Dhaniya 1 tablespoon Cumin / Jeera 1 teaspoon Carom / Ajwain 1 teaspoon Fennel / Saunf 1 cup soaked Tamarind 1/2 cup soaked Jaggery 3-4 tablespoon Mustard oil 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric 1/2 cup Rice flour mixed in with water 1 teaspoon Degi Mirch Salt to taste Handful of Mint leaves, grind on a stone or a grinder with water 1 teaspoon Kasoori Methi 1 teaspoon Garam Masala A generous pinch of Asafoetida Recipe🍽 - Grind coriander, cumin, ajwain, and saunf coarse in a mortar and pestle or in a grinder. - Strain the tamarind and jaggery using a cauldron. Use hands to squeeze out all the tamarind juice. - Heat a kadai on a medium flame and add mustard oil. - Once the oil is hot, add the coarse prepared masala, red chili powder, turmeric, tamarind and jaggery water, and rice flour water. - Cook for 5-7 minutes until mixture thickens. - Add degi mirch powder, black pepper, asafoetida, garam masala, and salt. Add mint water and stir well. - Add Sev and stir.
