Ingredientes Base - 1 clara de huevo - 8 g copos de maíz (aprox 1 cda) - 1/4 cdita polvo para hornear - Endulzante Relleno (mezclar) - 3 cdas (45 g) yogurt griego 0% grasa - 1 cda (7 g) proteína o leche en polvo - 1/8 cdita (1 g) gelatina sin sabor hidratada en 1 cda de agua y derretida - 1 cdita (5 ml) zumo de limón y ralladura - Endulzante . - Mezcla los ingredientes de la base, vierte en una refractaria o tupper y al microondas en intervalos de 30 seg por 1-2 min. Vierte encima la mezcla del relleno y refrigera hasta que cuaje. Ingredients Crust - 1 egg white - 8 g sugar free corn flakes (approx 1 tbsp) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - Sweetener Filling (mix) - 3 tbsp (45 g) 0% fat Greek yogurt - 1 tbsp (7 g) protein/milk powder - 1/8 tsp(1 g) unflavored gelatin hydrated in 1 tbsp water and melted - 1 tsp(5 ml) lemon juice and zest - Sweetener . - Mix the crust ingredients, pour the mixture into a glass/plastic tupper and microwave in 30 seg intervals for about 1-2 min in total. Pour the filling and refrigerate until it set up.
