@garbagedata این رو احتمالا خیلی از ماها حس کردیم. وقتی در موقعیت نامعلوم، دلهره‌وار و نامطمئن هستیم هیچ چیزی مزه و لذت واقعی نداره. این در حالیه که اگر با بدترین چیزی که ممکنه پیش بیاد مواجه بشیم شروع به پیدا کردن راه حل میکنیم و سرمون با تلاش کردن گرم میشه. یک مقاله درست و حسابی توی Harvard Business Review هست که این احساسات رو اندازه زدن و کلی تحقیق و survey انجام دادن، مثلا دیدن آدمی که از پایان رابطه میترسه خیلی کمتر از کسی که به پایان رسیده هورمونهای شادی رو تجربه میکنه، یا کسانی که منتظر بودن دستگیر بشن و برن زندان خیلی حس بدتری از کسانی که توی زندان بودن داشتن. نظر شخصی ما؟ هیچ حسی بدتر از تردید و انتظار نیست. نظر شما؟ #انتظار #فکت #دانستنی #فکت_علمی #هورمون_شادی #garbagedata
