So simple. So effective. Smooth shoulder movement requires the collarbone, shoulder blade, humerus (upper arm bone) ribs, and vertebrae (back bones) to move well. This little flow creates motion with most of those joints in an organized way. Each step individually could be a solid exercise for you, and adding them together can create a mini shoulder routine to bring some vital blood, oxygen, and nutrients to neglected shoulder muscles. It might take watching this a few times to get the order down - here it is for easier reference: Step 1: Squeeze object between knees Step 2: Bring hips into a deeper squat position Step 3: 1. Internal shoulder rotation 2. External shoulder rotation 3. Snow Angels 4. Arm pullovers 5. Copy and repeat step three 20 times Be mindful about how the right side moves/feels compared to the left.
