🐦 Goose jerky Recipe!👇🤩 • 1️⃣ Grind partially thawed goose breasts into burger. 2️⃣ Mix in a separate bowl: 1 tsp accent salt 1/2 tsp season salt 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp onion salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp season salt 3️⃣ Add just enough Liquid Smoke to make a paste then hand mix into ground burger. 4️⃣ Mix in 1/4 c soy sauce & 1/4 c worcestershire sauce. 5️⃣ Refrigerate meat for 2 days, hand mixing each day. 6️⃣ Shoot with a Jerky Gun & dehydrate: 2h at 160° then 4.5h at 110°. 7️⃣ Let cool and enjoy!
