This chunky autumn granola is going to make you forget all about summer being over! Think apple, pecan and cinnamon, delicious oaty crunchy clusters - what’s not to like! And only 7 ingredients! SAVE this one because it’s well worth a try 😋 For one batch: 🌟 2 tbsp coconut oil 🌟1 medium Apple 🌟1/2 cup almond butter 🌟 1/4 cup maple syrup 🌟 2.5 cups oats 🌟 2/3 cup pecans 🌟 1 tbsp ground cinnamon Preheat your oven to 175C. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on a low heat, then remove from the heat and stir in the maple syrup, cinnamon and almond butter. Blitz the Apple in a blender for about 30 seconds, then stir this in to the mixture too. Next stir in the oats, then finally the pecans, and spoon into a lined baking tray, patting it down so there’s no gaps. Bake for 15 mins and allow to cool, then dig in!
