This is how I cook the perfect steak every time and it is absolutely delicious and so simple. It is one of the easiest yet most delcious ways to cook a ribeye steak, or any high quality steak for that matter! A quick pan sear and butter baste is all you need with a good high quality peace of meat. I used a USDA Prime Ribeye. To be honest, this is way better to some steak houses I’ve been to! I rested the steak for about half the time I cooked it and I rested it with the herbs on top to infuse more flavor!
