Western bacon patty melt 🍔🤠 BBQ Sauce: -1 shallot -1/2 yellow onion -2 cloves garlic(minced) -1 Fresno chili -1 Habanero pepper -1/2 cup brown sugar -1/3 cup apple cider vinegar -1 cup ketchup -2 tsp kosher salt -2 tsp smoked paprika -1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce -2 Tbsp honey How to make it: 1. Grease a large sauté pan or pot with vegetable oil and sauté the onions and shallot. Once softened add in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 2. Add the brown sugar and diced peppers to the pan. Once the sugar is melted and bubbling add the ketchup, vinegar, salt, paprika, Worcestershire sauce & honey. Stir and let simmer for 10 minutes. 3.
