Exercising and eating right is a game of discipline and consistency. I’ve learned a couple a great tips that I would love to share with you. I’m not fitness trainer or a nutritionist but I know what works for me and my body. 1. Listen to your body 2. Rest is essential….Your body needs time to charge up and refuel. You don’t want to burnout. 3. Moderation is key….it’s a ok to have wings, burgers cocktails etc, but do it in moderation! 4. Move your body….you don’t have to have a killer workout everyday but at least take 30-60minutes for a nice walk. 5. Trust the process..anything truly worth it takes time, understand that we are playing a LIFE game not a 30 day 60 day challenge lol.
