Branded as the world's first Omakase style gelato experience, you'll have the option to create your own ice cream where you can mix and match the various unique ingredients that will be churned with base gelato using their special mixer. You can then choose the topping or drizzle it with your favourite sauce or both if you so desire. If you can't make up your mind or just ain't sure what works, simply order from their specially curated menu that adapts flavours that you wouldn't normally associate with ice cream. Here's what I tried when I visited the outlet: 🍦 Cereal Prawn Gelato (limited time special) Mind blown! I've never thought of having my favourite dish in the form of ice cream. The salted caramel gelato base, churned together with fried buttery cereal. It is topped off with more crunchy fried cereal, mini dried shrimp and crispy curry leaf for an explosion of flavours in a cone. 🍦 Cinnamon Toast Blitz A blend of sweet and savoury flavours that go together surprisingly well. I love they incorporated pretzels as the topping which helps to balance off the sweetness from the gelato and butterscotch drizzle. 🍦 Durian Melaka I expected this to be overly sweet for my taste but to my surprise it isn't. You can taste the real durian flavour and this would be the perfect option for durian lovers.
