It’s extremely easy to make and you will love it. Pakka keda nu shaak is made with ripe banana and also another way to use bananas and turn into delicious sweet and spicy shaak, just the way we all gujjus love our food. Gathiya nu shaak 1 cup gathiya 1 cup yogurt (warm it if needed) 2 cups water Salt 1 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp asafetida powder 1 tablespoon oil Pakka keda nu shaak 2 bananas sliced into 1 inch pieces 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 pinch asafetida powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Salt as needed 1 tsp cumin coriander powder 1/4 cup water or more as needed Both recipes with instructions are on my blog Vspiceroute.com, simply google the name of shaak followed by Vspiceroute Please note that the Paryushan festival is all about fasting and sacrifising and this recipe is not meant to promote food consumption during the festival.
