Cashew Mawa Modak - Lord Sri Ganesha's favorite sweet is Modak. These can easily be made at home using only 4 simple ingredients. 👉Ingredients: Cashew Nut - 1 cup Mawa - 200 gram Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Pistachio (Crushed) - 1/3 cup 👉Process: 1. Add cashew nuts in a grinder jar and make powder. While making cashew powder, just grind for 2-3 seconds, then pause and check , if required grind for 2-3 seconds more. 2. Heat pan and add mawa. Keep on stirring continuously on low heat. When mawa starts leaving fat and becomes soft, remove from heat. 3. Add cashew nut powder, sugar and cardamom powder and mix very well until everything is combined. 4. Refrigerate the mixture till it becomes firm and then add pistachio. Mix again. 5.
