𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 / 朱古力布朗尼 🍫 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙞𝙚𝙨 ✿ 𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦! 💕 大家久等了 ʅ(⑅*´◡`)ʃ 最近不明所以地鍾意食甜嘢，所以成日自己焗嘢食 ☺️ 呢個brownie唔太甜，屬於正常甜度～怕甜的朋友可以再減啲糖！please enjoy 🩷🩷🩷 材料： （A） * 牛油 100g * 55%黑朱古力 140g （B） * 蛋 3隻 * 鹽 3g * 黑糖 30g * 砂糖 100g * 雲呢拿香精 幾滴 （C） * 低筋麵粉 75g * 可可粉 25g * 濃縮咖啡 10mL 做法： 1. 牛油煮至開始冒煙，倒入朱古力中，攪拌至朱古力完全融化 2. 雞蛋與鹽拌勻，分幾次加入黑糖與砂糖，拌勻後加入雲呢拿香精拌勻 3. 材料A＋B拌勻，加入咖啡拌勻，篩入低筋麵粉和可可粉，拌勻 4. 倒入焗盤中，可以按喜好加入果仁，氣炸鍋用 180度焗 20分鐘，取出放涼後切件，完成。 Ingredients:
(A) * 100g butter * 140g 55% dark chocolate ⠀(B) * 3 eggs * 3g salt * 30g brown sugar * 100g sugar * A few drops of vanilla extract ⠀(C) * 75g cake flour * 25g cocoa powder * 10mL strong brewed coffee ⠀Instructions: 1. Melt the butter until it begins to smoke, then pour it into the dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt. Gradually add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing well. Then add the vanilla extract and mix until combined. 3. Combine the ingredients from (A) and (B), and mix well. Add the brewed coffee and mix. Sift in the cake flour and cocoa powder, and stir until well combined. 4. Pour the batter into a baking pan. Optionally, you can add nuts according to your preference. Bake in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
