I had great plans to post helpful somatic tips daily from under the olive trees. Wise little snippets, daily. I seem to be on vacation! It is SHOCKING to not work every day . . . !!! I miss you people, I do, but how wonderful it is to rest, to swim, to play . . . 🫒📚🌿🍇 My friends, doing whatever we love is very good therapy. 🌊💙🌊 Swimming in the sea, collecting beach rocks (especially little nuggets of petrified wood--which I usually leave behind, as it's illegal to take them off the beaches--Lesvos is FAMOUS for its petrified forest) eating grilled sardines, watering the trees, haggling for how many sacks manure !!!!???
