Back when there was no social media. When you had to RIDE to prove yourself in scootering. In a world of bolted foldies and hot glued wheels is where scootering originated. This is where my love for scootering started. During its infancy. Myself and so many riders were there when there was nothing and I miss this time of scootering every day. Makes me tear up just thinking about it. It isn’t that it was any more superior then that what it is now, it was just different. A “you had to be there” if you will. Keep in mind, I’m not even scratching the surface of the riders that truly deserve notoriety for investing so much time and dedication into this sport.
