🙈Just diagnosed? Here is what I’d tell my younger self: 👉🏼1. Buy a notebook and journal everything- what you eat, drink, sleep, meds, stressors, sunlight, alcohol, Menstrual cycle etc. why? Because you will see patterns and triggers over time. 👉🏼2. Consider a therapist or support group. Chronic illness can affect every aspect so it is good to have a neutral party to take to. 👉🏼3. Get ready to set boundaries. Not everyone will understand that you are sick or get it. Especially if@on their eyes, you look fine.
