There’s a description of each procrastinator and then a solution for each. Of course, the solution is not the only one - it’s just meant to be the first step to break the cycle! [🏃‍♀️] The Avoider —> You are are scared to take on tasks that you think they won't be able to manage. [😔] The Self-Deprecator —> You blame inaction on laziness without acknowledging that you need a break. [💫] The Perfectionist —> You only study in solitude and never ask anyone for help. [😧] The Worrier —> You are filled with anxiety and don’t know how to manage your time, getting consumed by task. [👊] The Defier —> You have been given a boring task that you feel you shouldn't have to do. [📆] The Planner —> You enjoy making the ideal plan and overplanning more than taking action.
