The kitchen requires very precise planning for power sockets. It is not recommended to just "estimate" the number of sockets needed, because you don't want to end up in situations where you have to unplug an appliance before using another, or resort to ugly extension cords 🥴 This is how I planned for the power sockets 1️⃣: List down all the appliances I plan to have 2️⃣: Allocate a specific location for each appliance 3️⃣: Take down their measurements and wire length 4️⃣: Mark out the ideal position of each power socket, taking into account their heights 5️⃣: Allocate a few more extra sockets for ad hoc appliances along the countertop For fellow steamboat lovers, don't forget to allocate one power plug near the dining table for your steamboat pot!!
