- 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 / 椰子黨參紅棗雞湯 🥥 𝘾𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙪𝙩 & 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙥 ✿ 𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦! 💕 想飲好耐但一直都無煲，因為老爺唔飲椰子的 🥲（家中有個偏食嘅小朋友係好慘🥲）所以我抱住自己飲晒嘅決心煲咗呢個湯！結果老爺竟然都好乖有一齊飲 😆 材料： * 椰子 1個 * 雞 半隻 * 螺片 50g * 甘筍 2條 * 乾淮山 50g * 紅棗 40g * 黨參 35g * 杞子 15g 做法： 1. 椰子請菜檔切條，留起椰子水（約 300mL），洗擦乾淨外皮；甘筍切大件；雞不要切件，用薑片紹酒汆水，洗淨 2. 所有材料連同椰子水放入鍋中，加水至蓋過食材 3. （明火）大火滾起，轉小火煮 2小時，完成。 4. （壓力鍋）加壓後煮 30分鐘，完成。 Ingredients: * 1 coconut * Half a chicken * 50g sliced conch * 2 carrots * 50g dried Chinese yam * 40g red dates * 35g Codonopsis pilosula (Dang Shen) * 15g goji berries ⠀Instructions: 1. Cut the coconut into strips at a vegetable stall, reserving the coconut water (approximately 300mL). Clean the outer skin of the coconut. Cut the carrots into large pieces. Do not cut the chicken, but blanch it in ginger-infused wine and rinse it. 2. Place all the ingredients, including the coconut water, in a pot and add enough water to cover the ingredients. 3. (Stovetop method) Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Your dish is now complete. 4. (Pressure cooker method) Cook under pressure for 30 minutes.
