I am so excited to partner with @whatiffoods to create this mocktail to celebrate climate week. @whatiffoods is committed to soil health and carbon sequestration through regenerative farming. All of their products use regenerative agriculture, which is like a superhero for the climate. It helps the soil become healthier and better at grabbing and storing carbon from the air, while also creating a richer environment for plants to grow. That means fewer harmful chemicals, which helps the planet by reducing pollution AND less greenhouse gases. Plus their milk has only 3 ingredients, is a good source of protein and fiber, and it contains no added sugar, gums, or stabilizers! Recipe: 1/2 tablespoon rosehips 1/2 tablespoon rose 1 cup water 1/3 cup strawberries 2 oz @whatiffoods bamnut milk 1/2 oz lime juice 1/2 tbsp honey Pinch salt Steep rosehips and rose in 1 cup hot water. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Blend Strawberries, lime juice, honey, salt, and bamnut milk with the tea mixture. Pour over ice and garnish with strawberry hearts!
