Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2nd North Park Neighborhood Cleanup! From your feedback from our last clenaup, we added designated routes this time around, and it definitely helped with efficiency. Cleanup by the numbers: 44 volunteers 178.4 lbs of litter collected total (breakdown below) Landfill 112.8 lbs Recycling 56.3lbs Organic Waste 5.6 lbs E-Waste 3.7 lbs (new category we added) Thank you to our amazing partners 🙌🏾 @be.more.gooder - sorting out the trash and giving us these metrics & providing us mic 🎤 and speakers @oceanconnectors - bringing us all the reusable supplies for our cleanups & raffle prize @midnightanimalcoffee - energizing all of us with coffee and donuts @empanadakitchensd - providing us a lunch discount for all the volunteers @purenorthpark - raffle prize @elcajonboulevard - creating the maps Give them all a follow!
