Originally studying Peace and Justice Studies to bring healing and joy to her community, hospitality opened up a colorful world. “Every night at the restaurant felt like painting a new canvas, curating a magical experience for the guests, and being the first and last person they saw made it even more fulfilling to witness their enjoyment."⁠ ⁠ Since joining the COTE family in late May, Gemalys has found the perfect stage for her passion for hospitality to shine.
