💪🏼Transformation Tuesday💪🏼 ✈️ Exactly two years ago, I hopped on a plane to Tijuana and had a procedure that would help me gain a part of my life back that I’ve been missing✈️ ✨Along with many other things, food was a large part of self soothing that I used to cover feelings. As part of my recovery, I made the decision to have a gastric sleeve done to help me take that out of the equation, take my weight off and give me a second chance at the life I missed so much✨ 🚭I really weened myself off from everything to nothing in just a few years and not only am I proud of myself for being able to do this, I’m grateful to that I’ve been given the opportunity, resources and support systems to help continue my successful recovery journey🚭 ❤️Although, it’s not always sunshine and daisies and I do find difficulty in comparing my journey to my peers, it’s always good to remind yourself that we’re all just trying our best, in different lanes and only showing what we want the world to see❤️ ⭐️The version of me that I show to the world has been a long process of hard work, self discovery and internal mapping.⭐️ ☀️Just over four years ago, I didn’t see much of a future for myself; now, the future is so bright that I keep shielding my eyes and grabbing at the opportunities☀️ #transformationtuesday #weightloss #beforeandafter #fitness #recovery
