All the locations at @getupandgokayaking are very popular so always reserve your spot in advance 2. Book the earliest time slot. Was I frustrated I had to get up early? Yes. Was I glad in the end? Yes. We had to be there for 8 AM but the tour was quiet, tranquil, and private. By the end of our 2-hour tour, on the way back down the river, there started to be so many people it was way more challenging to paddle about, especially if you’re a first-timer! 3. They do have waterproof bags for expensive items but if you want to get pictures/videos while in the kayak make sure to bring a waterproof case you can attach to your wrist!
