use this programming for your next upper body day 💪🪦🥵 I taught this class yesterday and my arms felt like fkn jello after. Do this one at home or take it to the gym with you. If you don’t have a bench, come down to the mat… same moves with a slightly different feel. the bench gives you more range but I promise, doing it on the mat will not make it any less hard. - alt around the world with standing crunch - tricep kickback with core stabilizing hold (r+l) - sit-up with overhead press - lat pullover - tricep dip with toe tap - push-up release with 4 crossbody climbers Programming: try 1 minute per exercise, and try to go non-stop throughout each round (transition slowly but push the transitions). Recover for 1 minute before going in for round 2 & 3.
