Spaces that don’t allow for growth and redemption are unsustainable and foster dishonesty. And this is about every topic. No one is born knowing everything, we all have blind spots. Sure there are time we need to apologize for the things we've said and done, and if people don't allow you to come back from it then... why would you keep trying?
