Do you prep the body to breathe? If you want more capacity, you should. I like to use a few techniques to release and relax the respiratory muscles. This movement and manual release hits some of the attachments of the diaphragm. The ribs, xyphoid and lower back hold most of the diaphragm. For areas you can’t reach, move as you pin areas you can reach. This is a blended fascial maneuver with some intention in the breath. So try this, take a deep breath before and assess, then do the movement and reassess after. Notice a difference in your breath capacity? Join us every Tuesday at 11:30am EST for CO2’s Days. #breathe #movementculture #diaphragmbreathing #anxietyrelief
