We kicked off our culinary journey with the indulgent Flower Crab Bisque, a rich and creamy delight infused with the essence of crab. Then the Crispy Fried Chicken which was so satisfying and flavorful. Our star main course is the Oktoberfest Platter, a feast for the senses featuring Australian ribeye, crispy roasted pork belly, Thuringer Snail Sausage, and Pork Chorizo, all accompanied by chimichurri and cabbage. Executive Chef Marcus Tan's commitment to quality shines through in dishes like the Super Lobster Laksa, where a poached rock lobster takes center stage, and the Wok-Hei Hor Fun paired with Seared Ribeye Steak and fermented bean sauce.
