في مثل هذا اليوم وبتاريخ 21 أيلول 2015 قام النظام السوري بإستهداف حي الشعار في مدينة حلب حيث قصفت المدفعية التابعة للنظام السوري صاروخ من نوع فيل على سوق شعبي داخل الحي، أدى ذلك لتدمير جزء كبير من السوق والمحال التجارية داخل السوق واصابة العشرات من المدنيين واستشهاد 24 مدني بينهم 6 أطفال وسيدة On this day, September 21, 2015, the Syrian regime targeted the Al-Shaar neighborhood in the city of Aleppo Where the Syrian regime's artillery fired a missile on a popular market inside the neighborhood, this led to the destruction of a large part of the market and the shops inside the market.
