recent work in progress, my next shop update, and an in-person show in Chicago✨ Work: I’ve been stitching away slowly but steadily since I left my full-time job in August (ah!) to start a 9-month textile artist residency @lillstreet — I’m really excited for the months ahead, and I’m so grateful for the time and space to work on ideas that have just been swirling around in my brain for too long. Shop Update: with dedicating my time fully to textiles, I will actually have an Etsy shop update this year! Exact date TBD, but it will be towards the end of November. I plan to offer small wall hangings, some jackets & aprons, hopefully my dye garden zine… what else would you like to see? Market: I will be in the emerging artists section at the @ooakchicago show at Merchandise Mart in Chicago December 7-10! I’ll have larger framed pieces & wall hangings there along with some smaller unframmed pieces as well. I’m excited to connect with folks in person! #chicagoartist #naturaldye #textileart
