•AUTHENTIC PINDI CHOLE (Channa) RECIPE•😍 Well searching for an authentic recipe for that dark coloured Pindi Chole?? Here’s how you can make those at your home that too with the easiest ingredients around🙈 Ingredients used are- For Potli, add- Cloves (Laung)- 3 pcs Green cardamom (elaichi)- 3-4 pcs Tej patta (Bay leaves)- 1-2 pc Cinnamon stick- 1/2 pc Jeera (Cumin)- 1 Tbsp Any tea leaves (Chai patti)- 1 Tbsp Overnight soaked Chole (kabuli channe)- 250 gms Water as required Baking soda- 1 Tsp Salt to taste Cook the chole in cooker for 3-4 whistles only!!
