HoLEP ve ThuLEP arasındaki fark nedir? Holmium lazer ile uygulanan prostat enükleasyon yönteminde (HoLEP) yine prostat kapsülü ile büyümüş prostat dokusunun arasına girilerek prostat dokularının kapsülden ayırılması, mesane içerisine atılması ve daha sonra morselatör isimli alet yardımıyla parçalanarak dışarı alınması esasına dayanır.
