With @lefooding, we asked @whoogys to make his favourite recipe using our certified organic coffee, Peru Organic. The result? A creamy, bold coffee tiramisu that makes your mouth water. Want a slice? Here's what you'll need : 4 eggs 500 g mascarpone cheese 130 g white sugar 20 speculoos 20 boudoirs 4 Nespresso Peru Organic coffees Cocoa powder Here's how to do it : 1) Beat egg whites until stiff, then add 30 g sugar. 2) Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar, then add the mascarpone. 3) Mix gently to avoid breaking the whites. 4) Pour the coffee into a soup plate. 5) Soak a speculoos in the coffee for a few seconds, then place in the bottom of a dish. Repeat until the entire bottom is covered with speculoos. 6) Soak the boudoirs in the coffee. 7) Pour about a third of the egg-mascarpone mixture over the speculoos, cover with a layer of boudoirs and add a second third. 8) Finally, add a layer of soaked speculoos and the last third. 9) Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight. The next day, sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder and serve chilled! #Nespresso #NespressoMoments #CoffeeRecipes
