PINSA IMBOTTITA ๐ฝ๐ง๐ฅฌ 2^ PARTE โข SALVA LA RICETTA ๐ผ Un connubio di sapori che va assolutamente provato garantisco personalmente ๐ฅฐ Caciocavallo affumicato, spinaci saltati belli piccanti e porchettina ๐คค IMPASTO โถ๏ธ 1kg farina Spadoni per Pinsa ๐พ โถ๏ธ 800ml acqua (subito 400ml) ๐ฆ โถ๏ธ 2gr malto o 4gr miele ๐ฏ โถ๏ธ 8gr lievito di birra ๐บ โถ๏ธ 20gr sale ๐ง โถ๏ธ 20ml olio evo ๐ง Chiusura a 24C โข giro di pieghe e diretto in frigo per 20/24h ๐ง Formo i panetti da 250gr lโuno nel mio caso e al raddoppio a t.a. stendo โ๐ป (circa 3 ore) โฑ๏ธ Inforno a 270C per circa 10 minuti e precuocio, taglio a mezzo la farcisco e torno in cottura per altri 2/3 minuti ๐ฅ @ooni.it @oonihq Devo dire che Muffin ha apprezzato ๐ถ โฅ๏ธ #pizza #pizzalover #pizzanapoletana #pizzapizzapizza #pizzatime #pinsa #pinsaromana #impasto #dough #sourdough #foodporn #food #foodstagram #foodblogger #schiacciata #italianfood #delicious #ricetta #recipe #homemadefood #fattoincasa ENGLISH ๐ฌ๐ง PADDED PINSA ๐ฝ๐ง๐ฅฌ 2ND PART โข SAVE THE RECIPE ๐ผ Dough โถ๏ธ 1kg Spadoni flour for Pinsa ๐พ โถ๏ธ 800ml water (immediately 400ml) ๐ฆ โถ๏ธ 2gr malt or 4gr honey ๐ฏ โถ๏ธ 8gr brewerโs yeast ๐บ โถ๏ธ 20gr salt ๐ง โถ๏ธ 20ml extra virgin olive oil ๐ง Closing at 24C โข round of folds and direct in the fridge for 20/24h ๐ง I form the breads of 250gr each in my case and when doubling to t.a. I lay โ๐ป (about 3 hours) โฑ๏ธ I bake at 270C for about 10 minutes and pre-cook, cut the stuffing in half and go back to cooking for another 2/3 minutes ๐ฅ @ooni.it @oonihq I have to say that Muffin appreciated ๐ถ โฅ๏ธ
