ラスクを見直した日。 SPURの連載撮影で、かぼちゃのポタージュのトッピングの一つを色んなパンのラスクにしてみた。薄めに切り分けてカリッとトースト。あるいはクルトンのように角切りしたり。素焼きするだけなんだけど、当たり前のことながら美味しいパンのラスクはとても風味がいい。土台が物を言うということか。 そのまま食べ続けて飽きず、何もつけたり乗せたりしなくても美味しいシンプルなおやつになったから、ぜひお試しを。 後日のポタージュには、冷凍しておいた枝豆をたっぷりと加えて、かぼちゃの色でひと足先の秋。 #今日のポタージュ#かぼちゃ#好きなパンでラスク#pampkinpotage#rusk#crouton#autumncolor
