When you’re craving a great steak like they have at @pappasbrossteakhouse but not sure where to get one, what do you do? Most of us go to Google and search for what we crave (ex: “best steakhouse near me.”) If you’re a restaurant, how do you make sure your restaurant comes up at the top of those searches? The best way is to do what’s known as listings management. This is making sure all the facts about your business like name, address, phone number, hours of operation and especially your menu, are up to date and correct on all the sites, apps and maps where information can be found like Google, Yelp, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Siri, Apple Maps TripAdvisor and Alexa.
