Every 2nd Saturday, catch the dj playing your favorite #jamaicanmusic. There’s even a #jamaican market inside the restaurant. Very spacious with a patio. The owner Veronica is not new to this, 30 years in! But Veronica needs your help! Come try the food first. My favorite dish is the #oxtails and #stewedchicken with the spinach and cabbage. My son loves the patties and #riceandpeas with the #plaintains. @hilltopjamaican Carrie’s over a dozen Pattie’s, I tried the bbq Pattie because of bbq week and that joker is now my favorite. It really is hard to select, curry, veggie, so many I will just have to try every last one of them. If your crust is good and buttery and not dry, you will forever have a loyal customer for me. @hilltopjamaican is located in Pomona near places to hop around shop. I went 2 doors down to the vintage store and bought 4 dresses for $20. So I ate a good brunch, listened to an awesome dj, shopped in the #jamaicanmarketplace and got my shop on. Win win situation.
