Late 20’s vs. early 40’s (41 to be exact)❤️. I may look different on the outside, but the real change was an inside job. I went from being a 20 something year old hungover 24 7, feeling like crap, anxiety ridden, depressed, unhappy, not comfortable in my own skin to being a 41 year old mom of three who feels amazing every single day! 🎤 💯 Here’s how I got here: . 💙I stopped drinking . 💙 I started exercising . 💙 I started paying more attention to what I was eating. More vegetables and Whole Foods and less processed. . 💙 I prioritized my sleep . 💙 I worked on keeping stress levels down . If I can do it, so can you!
