Hello Snow! This tiny snowflake of a dog arrived to us from @nycacc as a @acc_new_hope pull. To get to the point Snow is a senior who is about 11 years old, he has cataracts, and is currently on a liver supplement. We are unsure if the supplements will be lifelong or just temporary. Snow would also benefit from cataract surgery which we hope an adopter will help us cover, though not a necessary surgery it will likely improve his life. Like any senior dog, health changes will happen as he continues to age. We have already had a handful of applications come in for Snow just due to his look (small, white, fluffy dog) that unfortunately haven’t lead to anything when they learn more about him. We wish all our dogs got the immense amount of interest in adoption as Snow just from a photo, but sadly that’s not the case. So here’s Snow, an old good boy who is ready to spend his golden years being spoiled, cared for and loved. He would do best in a home with no young children due to his size, a calm dog would be a nice friend and we think he would be fine with a cat. 🐾 Ready to give a senior all they’ve been waiting for?
