@wolfgangssteakhousesg Part I When one hears the name “Wolfgang” the immediate thought would be steak, premium, high grade and anything that has to do with a good quality piece of beef! 🥩 Sandos has been somewhat a new trend of dish that has been making waves in our Japanese restaurants here. Even though they are somewhat a common dish in Japan, we Singaporeans only realize this in the last 3-4 years. 🥩 Well, the good thing about the restaurants here is that they catch up fast with anything viral and the folks at @wolfgangssteakhousesg had certainly the caliber to create a Sando which is extremely tasty and is just simply as good as the ones done by the Japanese. Grunted most “steak” folks appreciates beef purely for its aroma, texture and the minimalist approach but to me, a Sando is a dish I find somewhere in the middle between a connoisseur and a foodie. 🥩 Being a fan of bread, (sorry keto folks) I do find the combination of bread and beef very appealing especially when you have a restaurant like @wolfgangssteakhousesg to execute it perfectly! 🥩 Other items that were super interesting was the Steak and Filo Pillows. Well, not to be confused with a beef Wellington, this is a somewhat a deconstructed version but I assure you that the effect is pretty similar as you get a good percentage of meat to pastry ratio! Plus this version is huge!
