Reflections from Botnia Esthetician Workshop Day 1: Wow… what a great start to our 2-day Botnia Esthetician workshop! Day one was full of such comprehensive information all about balancing hormones from different perspectives and using different modalities! ⚖️ After grounding ourselves into the morning using Reiki and learning all about how energy can heal, we jumped right into the science behind how hormones affect the skin and how we can treat it topically using plant-based skincare in the treatment room and with at-home care. 🌿 Then we looked at two other modalities to heal hormones from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective and a nutritional perspective to get a well rounded view and treating hormones holistically. Having other types of holistic healers to refer our guests to.
