PHYLLO CRINKLE CAKE• Finally hopped on this trend and it was well worth it. Such a great dessert option to throw together for last minute guests, hosting, or simply just because it’s that easy and delicious. With only 4 ingredients- you have to try! It’s flaky with a creamy center + just too good. RECIPE: -Set your oven to 350 -melt 1.5 sticks of butter -butter the bottom of a baking dish + set aside remainder of the butter -begin folding in phyllo dough (2 sheets at a time) in the “crinkle” method until dish is full. -place into the oven for 10 minutes -remove from oven and top with remaining melted butter and back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes until golden -combine 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk -with 1 cup heavy cream and mix well -now top the condensed milk mixture over the cake and place back in the oven for 25-30 minutes. -once done sprinkle with ground cardamom, pistachios, and dried roses (or whatever you like) + ENJOY 🤍 #dessert #sweet #baking #bake #foodie #foodstagram #foodstyling #food52 #feedfeed #eeeeeats #foodblogger #foodstagram #recipe #easyrecipes
