Kali terakhir saya lari 21km tahun 2019. Kini saya kembali lagi #klscmarathon Ramai tidak tahu bahawa saya ni dulu budak “Asthma”. Pergi mana mana mesti ada inhaler warna biru & coklat. Masa first time masuk Maktab Tentera Diraja (RMC), kena label “Bloody unfit”. But i am fighter. I always believe, “di mana ada kemahuan di situ ada jalan”. I worked so hard to get rid of my asthma by running almost every day. Today i have overcome my Asthma. No more budak “asthma”. I look forward to the run this weekend! See you all at the finishing line. Bought myself a pair of @shokzmalaysia to accompany me on my journey while i listen to my favorite “Song” @theeconomist audio magazine. Anyone else doing the same? 😂
