What are your questions about traveling in Sri Lanka? Let us know🇱🇰 One of the best sunset spots here is at the Pidurangala Rock overlooking the Sigiriya Rock (drone shot)! You’ll find it in Sigiriya and it was so cool to be back here again with new eyes, even tho it was a bit windy this time! 📍Starting point is by the Pidurangala Rock Temple Ticket Office. Google map pinpoint link on story highlight. ⏱️This short hike is very accessible, and it will take you around 20 minutes to reach the top. 🌞 The entrance fee is 2000LKR per person (5-6€). 🛕At the beginning of the hike, you’ll have to walk through a temple. So here, you’ll have to walk barefoot + cover your legs and shoulders. You can borrow sarongs to cover up at the entry. 🎥 This is a very popular sunset spot, so what we did here is to arrive at the top around 16:30PM. At this time, we’ll have the best chance to have the whole top to ourselves before the crowds arrive.
