RECIPE HERE ⬇️✨ An easy crowd pleasing appetizer to make this fall and holiday season 🍂🍄🧀 a variety of different kinds of mushrooms is key to them being flavorful sautéed. I used @giorgiofresh white, cremini and oyster mushrooms for this recipe 🍄 What you’ll need: 🍄 a variety of @giorgiofresh mushrooms (I used white, cremini and oyster) 🍄 1 tbsp olive oil 🍄 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or glaze 🍄 2 tsp salt 🍄 goat cheese log 🍄 crackers or crostini 🍄 fresh thyme Wash your mushrooms and cut them thinly into slices. On medium heat, add olive oil to a pan and then add in your mushrooms. Cook them for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn brown. Then add in sea salt, balsamic vinegar & fresh thyme and cook for 3-4 more minutes. PRO TIP: salting your mushrooms after they start to cook allows them to have the best flavor and texture and less water is released from them while cooking. Top crackers with goat cheese, your sautéed mushrooms and some balsamic glaze if you’d like.
